Autumn market and Lavaux-Payerne Must Trail

The Lavaux-Payerne Must Trail is a celebration of the grape harvest and wine culture in the Vaud region of Switzerland. Every first weekend in October, horse-drawn wagons carry freshly harvested grapes from the Lavaux vineyards to Payerne, stopping at villages along the way for locals to taste the produce. Festivities are held in Payerne's Market Square, including an autumn market, musical entertainment, donkey rides, small animal exhibits, and a pumpkin decorating workshop. Catering is provided by the Lion's Club.
